11 months ago today, I got married. I still remember the day perfectly. Covered in a blusher and chapel length veil, I felt as if the beautiful tulle protected me as I walked down the aisle. The eyes of my family, friends, and God were on me, and it was hard not to cry. This was the moment I had been waiting for my entire life - my rite of passage as I became a wife and married my best friend. I am so thankful for the sense of security and modesty my veil provided me on my wedding day. Are you thinking of wearing a long veil on your wedding day too? I have collected some of my favorite shots of long chapel length veils - veils so stunning and so beautiful that they might inspire your wedding day look.

Gatsby Inspired Bridal Headpieces
When I saw the Great Gatsby on the big screen, I was blown away at the gorgeous costumes and beautiful imagery. The scenery was so visually appealing, I saw many aspects of the costumes and parties that would be perfect for a fairytale wedding. Well, most of us cannot afford the $200,000 Tiffany headpiece that Carey Mulligan wore for our wedding day...but fret not my beautiful brides-to-be. There are many other options you can choose to show off your incredible style.
(DIY Craft from Michael's)
($45 - Rhinestone Ribbon from Etsy)
($92 Art Deco Headpiece)
($239 - Halo Headpiece)
($80 - Crystal Bridal Headband from Etsy)
($24.99 White by Vera Wang Headpiece - on sale)
($184 Rhinestone Headpiece from Etsy)
($92 Beaded Wedding Headpiece)
If these affordable options don't strike your fancy, you could consider these handmade crystal and tulle hairpieces - they are surely luxurious but start at $400. Whatever you wear, I am sure you will look absolutely breathtaking.

Just this weekend, I stumbled upon the most breathtaking bridal hair pieces ever. The Etsy shop Doloris Petunia by Courtney Prince hand crafts bridal headbands with Swarvoski crystals, silk, and tulle. Can you image wearing one of these on your wedding day? It surely helps that the model is drop dead gorgeous too. These one of a kind accessories are showstopping and would look perfect with one of these beaded vintage bridal gowns - which one would you choose?
($400 - Etsy)
($550 - Tulle Head Wrap)
($400 - Crystal Hippie Headband)
